1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, and we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
2. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your specific shipping location and applied to your order total. You will see the final total with all costs itemized before you complete your transaction.
As we ship from within the United States, your order is generally not subject to additional U.S. import duties or customs fees. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden costs.
3. Shipping Options & Fees
We offer the following shipping options to serve you best:
Standard Shipping (UPS or FedEx)
Orders under $66: A flat shipping fee of $5 will be applied at checkout.
Orders of $66 or more: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping.
Curbside Delivery (For Large Furniture & Oversized Items)
For oversized or heavy items that cannot be shipped via standard parcel carriers, we offer Curbside Delivery. Your order will be securely palletized and delivered to the curb at your delivery address.
This service does not include in-home delivery, setup, assembly, or trash removal.
Please be advised that additional handling or oversize surcharges from the carrier may apply, and such costs are the responsibility of the customer. The specific cost for this service will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) of order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will be prioritized for same-day processing.
Estimated Transit Time:
Standard Shipping: Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within 4-6 business days.
Important Note: The stated delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Total delivery time is the sum of processing time and transit time. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will proactively notify you by email and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5. The Delivery Process & Receiving Your Order
For Standard Shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a Curbside Delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability, any redelivery or restocking fees will be the customer's responsibility.
