Thank you for shopping at WeaveOrigin. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds, specifically for our furniture products.

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original, unassembled, and unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original, undamaged packaging with all protective materials. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

  • The item you received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • You are not satisfied with the item for any reason (change of mind).

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: custom-made or personalized furniture, final sale items, and products labeled as "non-returnable."

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, clear photos or videos can be helpful. We will then provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and a full refund, including your original shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Due to the size and weight of furniture, return shipping costs can be significant. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, and a $5 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your card issuer's policy.
You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable return processing fees.

6. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different product, please follow the standard return process. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply once you receive the item.
